Imposing Bail Fees for Certain Offenses for Use by Law Enforcement in Small Counties; Requiring the clerk of the court to collect a fee on the posting of bail for the violation of certain drug- and alcohol-related offenses; requiring the Department of Law Enforcement to use moneys collected from the fees to provide grants to law enforcement agencies in counties of a certain size to conduct drug enforcement and related activities in those counties, etc.
