Public Records; Provides that certain information related to agency contracts is not confidential or exempt from public records requirements; removes or revises numerous provisions relating to exemptions from public records requirements for trade secrets.

Effective Date: upon becoming a law if CS/CS/HB 461 or similar legislation is adopted in the same legislative session or an extension thereof and becomes law
