Homestead Tax Relief for Parents of Unmarried Veterans Who Died from Combat-related Causes; Proposes amendment to State Constitution to authorize Legislature by general law to grant to counties and municipalities the right to grant by ordinance partial or full ad valorem tax relief on homestead property of parent or parents of an unmarried veteran who died from combat-related causes while on active duty as member of the United States Armed Forces.
