Community Associations; Providing that certain property association pools are exempt from Department of Health regulations; prohibiting subrogation rights against a condominium association under certain circumstances; prohibiting an association from charging certain fees; authorizing an association to adopt procedures for electronic meeting notices; providing requirements for the service of a statutory demand to participate in presuit mediation, etc.
