Workers' Compensation; Requires panel to annually adopt statewide workers' compensation schedules of maximum reimbursement allowances; extends timeframes in which employees may receive certain workers' compensation benefits & carriers must notify treating doctor of certain requirements; provides conditions under which employees may receive permanent impairment benefits; requires good faith effort to resolve dispute.
