GENERAL BILL by Farmer

Personal Online Accounts; Prohibiting employers, educational institutions, or landlords from taking specified actions relating to personal online accounts; requiring employers, educational institutions, or landlords that inadvertently receive authentication information for personal online accounts to take certain actions; authorizing a person with specified injuries as a result of a violation of the act to bring legal action, etc.
