Postsecondary Educational Institutions; Revising the required disclosures specified institutions must make to each prospective student; requiring the Commission for Independent Education to annually prepare an accountability report by a specified date; revising the commission’s evaluation standards for licensure of an institution; revising the criminal penalty for the unlawful closure of certain institutions, etc.
