Legal Notices; Deleting provisions relating to publication of legal notices in newspapers; defining the term “publicly accessible website”; authorizing government agencies to publish legal notices on their websites; requiring government agencies to provide specified notice to residents concerning alternative methods of receiving legal notices, etc.
