Driver License, Identification Card, and Motor Vehicle Registration Applications; Removes requirement that application form for motor vehicle registration & renewal of registration include language permitting voluntary contribution to Auto Club Group Traffic Safety Foundation; requires such form to include language permitting voluntary contribution to Live Like Bella Childhood Cancer Foundation; requires DHSMV to distribute such contributions to foundation; removes requirement that application form for original, renewal, or replacement driver license or identification card include language permitting voluntary contribution to Auto Club Group Traffic Safety Foundation.
