Entertainment Industry; Creating the Film, Television, and Digital Media Targeted Grant Program within the Department of Economic Opportunity under the supervision of the Commissioner of Film and Entertainment; requiring that film, television, and digital media projects being produced in this state meet specified criteria for grant eligibility; requiring the commissioner to set application windows for the grant; creating the Grant Advisory Board within the Office of Film and Entertainment of the department; providing membership requirements for the board, etc.
