GENERAL BILL by Pizzo

HIV Prevention; Citing this act as the "HIV Prevention Justice Act"; providing an exception to allow the donation of human tissue by a person who has human immunodeficiency virus infection under certain circumstances; expanding the scope of unlawful acts by a person infected with a sexually transmissible disease; expanding the list of sexually transmissible diseases to include human immunodeficiency virus infection, etc.
