Warranty Associations; Revises requirements for home warranty associations including account assets, types of accounts, & compliance with laws where they operate; prohibits home warranties from excluding coverage for presence of rust or corrosion; provides requirements for coverage exclusions of certain HVAC components; Revises requirements for service warranty associations including account assets, types of accounts, & compliance with laws where they operate.
