Criminal History Records; Requiring the Criminal Justice Information Program to administratively seal the criminal history records of a minor upon notification by the clerk of the court under specified circumstances, etc.
        
        Effective Date: July 1, 2019, but only if SB 938 or similar legislation takes effect, if such legislation is adopted in the same legislative session or an extension thereof and becomes a law
