GENERAL BILL by Baxley ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Albritton

Drug-free Workplaces; Requiring licensed drug-testing facilities to perform prescreening tests on urine specimens to determine the specimens’ validity; providing that urine specimens may not be sent to an out-of-state facility unless the facility complies with certain requirements; revising information required in a written policy statement provided to employees and job applicants before drug testing; revising procedures for specimen collection, testing, and preservation, etc.
