Sentencing; Creating conditional sentences for substance use and mental health offenders; providing minimum sentencing requirements; specifying duties of the Department of Corrections; requiring the department to provide written notice to specified parties upon the offender’s admission into an in-prison treatment program; requiring that an offender be transitioned to probation upon the completion of an in-prison program, etc.
