Fines and Fees; Revising specified service charges for recording documents with the clerk of the circuit court; revising the methods by which the clerk of the circuit court may accept payments for certain fees, charges, costs, and fines; requiring the Office of the State Courts Administrator to develop a uniform payment plan form by a specified date; deleting provisions specifying procedures to be used if a person fails to comply with certain court-ordered requirements; authorizing certain persons to reinstate their suspended driver licenses under certain circumstances, etc.
