Public Records; Deleting provisions relating to public records exemptions for trade secrets held by governmental condemning authorities; removing trade secrets from the list of what constitutes proprietary confidential business information; revising the definition of “proprietary confidential business information” to no longer include certain trade secrets and contract costs, etc.

Effective Date: Upon becoming a law if SB 1532 or similar legislation is adopted in the same legislative session or an extension thereof and becomes a law
