Reinstatement of a Revoked Health Care Practitioner License; Requiring, rather than authorizing, health care boards under the Department of Health to establish rules for applications for reinstatement of a revoked license; requiring the boards to grant applicants opportunities at reasonable intervals to demonstrate certain competencies; requiring the board to grant an applicant such initial opportunity within a specified timeframe, etc.
