Tax Collector Budgets; Revising the annual deadline by which a tax collector must submit a budget to the Department of Revenue for approval; authorizing boards of county commissioners to submit feedback to the department within a specified timeframe; requiring the department to take into account such feedback; requiring the department to respond in writing to feedback from boards of county commissioners, etc.
