Nursing Home Accountability; Provides certain requirements for nursing home facilities; authorizes use of excess Medicaid revenue collected from nursing home facilities to fund initiatives that improve quality of care or quality of life for residents; requires nursing home facilities to post certain information on their Internet websites; requires nursing homes & their home offices to annually file with AHCA their audited actual experience for purposes of financial reporting.
