Florida Main Street Program and Historic Preservation Tax Credits; Citing this act as the "Main Street Historic Tourism and Revitalization Act"; specifying eligibility requirements for receiving specified tax credits for taxpayers that rehabilitate certified historic structures; authorizing the carryforward, sale, and transfer of tax credits; providing the Department of Revenue audit and examination powers for specified purposes related to certified rehabilitation expenses; requiring the return of forfeited tax credits under certain circumstances, etc.
