OGSR/Dependent Eligibility Information/DMS; Designates DMS, rather than Division of State Group Insurance, as entity required to contract for certain services for state group insurance program; authorizes DMS or contractor to require certain information from subscribers; revises type of information DMS or contractor may require from subscribers for verifying dependent eligibility; removes obsolete language; revises retention requirements for certain documentation.
