Trust Funds/Chet Smith Bike Path Trust Fund; Creating the Chet Smith Bike Path Trust Fund within the Department of Transportation; providing the purpose of the trust fund; specifying uses for the moneys in the trust fund; providing for future review and termination or re-creation of the trust fund; requiring the Chief Financial Officer to maintain the trust fund within the State Treasury for the department, etc.
Effective Date: On the same date that SB 476 or similar legislation takes effect, if such legislation is adopted in the same legislative session or an extension thereof and becomes a law
