Membership Organization Health Coverage; Creating the "Farm Bureau and Not-For-Profit Membership Health Coverage Act of 2021"; defining the terms “farm bureau” and “not-for-profit membership organization”; providing that health coverage provided by certain entities is not insurance; authorizing risks under such coverage to be reinsured; requiring entities providing such coverage to annually file a certain statement, etc.
