Florida Kidcare Program Income Eligibility; Establishes tiered system of family premiums for Title-XXI coverage under Florida Kidcare program beginning with specified fiscal year; prohibits total monthly aggregate family premium from exceeding specified amount; authorizes AHCA to seek federal waiver approval or submit any state plan amendments as necessary; provides for future expiration; increases income eligibility threshold for coverage under program; requires AHCA to notify Division of Law Revision within specified timeframe after receiving federal approval through waiver or state plan amendment.
