Telecommunicator Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation; Requires certain 911 public safety telecommunicators to complete biennial telecommunicator cardiopulmonary resuscitation training; authorizes certain agencies to enter into reciprocal agreements to provide telephonic assistance in administering cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
