Estates and Trusts; Provides requirements for independent action are satisfied if certain actions are taken; specifies claimants, not creditors, are given certain priority of claims; provides certain trust assets are deemed to have been contributed by specified parties upon death; provides trustee may resign by specified procedure & with notice to certain parties.
