Department of Business and Professional Regulation; Requires department to certify for licensure qualified individuals who practice mold assessment or mold remediation & hold certain licenses issued by other states or territories; requires department to certify asbestos consultants & asbestos contractors for licensure who meet certain exam & other state licensure requirements; authorizes use of certain outdoor kitchen equipment; removes time limitation for applying for certain contracting licenses under certain provisions; deletes requirement limiting types of boxing exhibitions which require specified maximum difference in participant weights.
