Judicial Notice; Authorizes courts to take judicial notice of certain information upon request of party; requires parties intending to offer such information in evidence to file notice of such intent; authorizes parties to object to court taking judicial notice; creates rebuttable presumption in civil cases; provides jury instructions for criminal cases.
