Online Voter Registration of Students in Public High School; Requires public high school to provide voter registration presentation to certain students & offer opportunity for students to register or preregister to vote using online voter registration system Internet website; requires notice of presentation; prohibits teacher from requiring, pressuring, or otherwise incentivizing student to take certain actions; provides students must be allowed to opt out of presentation; prohibits teacher presenting voter registration presentation from distributing, collecting, or otherwise handling physical voter registration applications.
