GENERAL BILL by Rules ; Baxley

Online Marketplace Transparency; Requiring online marketplaces to require high-volume third-party sellers using their service to provide certain information to the online marketplace within a specified timeframe; requiring the online marketplace to verify such information, or changes to such information, within a specified timeframe; providing that information on valid government-issued tax documents is presumed verified as of the issuance date; requiring an online marketplace to update and require certification of the updated information at least annually, etc.
