Establishing the Congressional Districts of the State; Redistricts state's congressional districts in accordance with U.S. Decennial Census of 2020 (plan P000C0109); amends provisions relating to inclusion of unlisted territory in contiguous districts; reenacts provisions which provide for election of representatives to U.S. House of Representatives; provides requirements relating to actions challenging the state's congressional districts; reenacts provisions relating to severability; provides for applicability; provides severability; provides appropriation. APPROPRIATION: $1,000,000

Effective Date: upon the expiration of the terms of the representatives to the United States House of Representatives serving on the date that this act becomes a law
