Dependent Children; Revises & creates provisions relating to dependent children, including access to confidential records, petitions for adjudication & permanent commitment & petitions for permanent commitment, removing children from court-ordered placement, evidence required to amend case plans, the Guardianship Assistance Program, review of DCF denial of application to adopt, the statewide adoption exchange, & exemptions from licensure.
