Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services; Revises requirements relating to removal & replacement of certified recovery residence administrators; revises requirements relating to credentialing entities denying, revoking, or suspending certifications or imposing sanctions on recovery residence; requires that changes to certification requirements by credentialing entities be adopted by department rule; authorizes credentialing entities to approve certain certified recovery residence administrators to actively manage up to specified number of residents; prohibits certain certified recovery residence administrators who have been removed from recovery residence from continuing to actively manage more than specified number of residents; creates Substance Abuse & Mental Health Treatment & Housing Task Force within DCF.
