GENERAL BILL by Rouson
Medical Marijuana Treatment Center Licenses; Requiring the Department of Health to award a medical marijuana treatment center license to an applicant from a certain recognized member class if specified conditions are met; providing that a license awarded to such applicant be deducted from the number of licenses to be issued pursuant to a specified calculation, etc.
