Accessibility of Governmental Records; Requires governmental entities to make requested records available to members of Legislature, Attorney General, CFO, or Commissioner of Agriculture within specified timeframe; prohibits members of Legislature, CFO, & Commissioner of Agriculture from receiving certain records; requires that members of Legislature, Attorney General, CFO, & Commissioner of Agriculture ensure that any exempt or confidential & exempt information in records so received remains exempt or confidential & exempt; provides penalties; requires governmental entities to waive fees associated with providing certain records.
