GENERAL BILL by Judiciary Committee ; LaMarca ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Chaney ; Tant

Exploitation of Vulnerable Persons; Specifies conditions under which person commits exploitation of person 65 years of age or older; specifies not knowing age of victim is not defense; provides circumstances under which trial for criminal action arising from specified violations may be advanced on docket; authorizes persons who are in imminent danger of exploitation to petition for injunction for protection; provides penalties for violations of injunction; provides time limitations for commencing prosecution.
