Department of Corrections; Defining the terms “private correctional facility” and “volunteer”; providing criminal penalties for any volunteer or employee of a contractor or subcontractor of the Department of Corrections who engages in sexual misconduct with specified inmates or offenders; providing for a type two transfer of private correctional facilities from the Department of Management Services to the Department of Corrections, etc.
