Defamation; Provides venue is proper in any county in state for certain defamation causes of action; provides plaintiffs are entitled to reasonable costs & attorney fees; provides person is not public figure for purposes of defamation claim if his or her fame or notoriety arises in specified manner; provides failure to take certain action is evidence of actual malice; revises parties to whom court shall award certain attorney fees & costs.
