GENERAL BILL by Fiscal Policy ; Health Policy ; Garcia
Office Surgeries; Revising the types of procedures for which a medical office must register with the Department of Health to perform office surgeries; requiring that each office, as a condition of registration, list certain medical personnel and thereafter notify the department of the addition or termination of such personnel within a specified timeframe; specifying general requirements for office surgeries; specifying standards of practice for office surgeries, delineated by the level of surgery being performed, etc.
Effective Date: Upon becoming a law
