SB 1472: Video Cameras in Public School Classrooms

Video Cameras in Public School Classrooms; Requiring that a video camera be placed in certain public school classrooms, including certain charter school classrooms; requiring a school or charter school to provide certain persons with written notice of the placement of a video camera; providing that a school or charter school principal is the custodian of such video cameras and recordings; providing that incidental viewings of video recordings by specified persons are not a violation of certain provisions, etc.
