Taxes, Fines, and Fees; Deleting a provision allowing the indigent care and trauma center surtax to be levied without a majority vote of electors; restoring provisions relating to the payment of funds collected by a county officer into the State Treasury; eliminating fees for original, renewal, and replacement driver licenses and identification cards, certain driver license endorsements, reinstatement of driver licenses, and certain requests for review or hearing; revising a specified assessment on citrus, etc.
