Public Records/Artificial Intelligence Transparency Violations; Providing an exemption from public records requirements for information relating to investigations by the Department of Legal Affairs and law enforcement agencies of certain artificial intelligence transparency violations; providing that certain information received by the department remains confidential and exempt upon completion or inactive status of an investigation; providing for future legislative review and repeal of the exemption; providing a statement of public necessity, etc.

Effective Date: On the same date that SB 1680 or similar legislation takes effect, if such legislation is adopted in the same legislative session or an extension thereof and becomes a law
