Health Care Services; Prohibiting a health plan from declining to participate in a certain process; requiring a health plan to pay a claimant the amount provided in the Agency for Health Care Administration’s final order within a specified timeframe; providing a financial penalty for failure to comply; requiring the agency to notify the appropriate licensure or certification entity under certain circumstances, etc.
