Citizens Property Insurance Corporation; Revising eligibility for coverage by the corporation in certain counties to include personal lines residential structures that have a dwelling replacement cost of less than a specified amount; requiring the corporation to annually implement a rate increase up to a specified percentage for any single policy issued by the corporation, excluding increases associated with coverage changes and surcharges, etc.
