Luring or Enticing Children; Increasing criminal penalties for adults who intentionally lure or entice, or who attempt to lure or entice, children under the age of 12 into a structure, dwelling, or conveyance for other than a lawful purpose; increasing criminal penalties for committing a second or subsequent violations of such offense; increasing criminal penalties for persons with specified previous convictions who commit a violation of such offense, etc.
