Condominium Windstorm Pilot Program; Requiring the Office of Insurance Regulation to establish the Condominium Windstorm Pilot Program for a specified purpose; providing for the expiration of the pilot program; requiring a majority vote of the total voting interests of a condominium association in order to participate in the pilot program; authorizing associations to participate in the pilot program beginning on a date certain, etc.
