SJR 1908: Budget Stabilization Fund
JOINT RESOLUTION by Hooper
Budget Stabilization Fund; Proposing an amendment to the State Constitution to increase the amount of funds that may be retained in the budget stabilization fund, require an annual transfer to the budget stabilization fund if there is not a revenue shortfall, and allow the legislature to withdraw funds periodically for critical state needs, etc.
