Insurance; Clarifying the prohibition related to claims for extracontractual damages; requiring that certain damages be available under and pursuant to a specified policy; prohibiting public adjusters from engaging in certain adversarial conduct; revising the circumstances under which an insurer or agent may cancel certain policies; revising the required statement by insurers issuing an insurance policy that does not provide flood insurance, etc.
