OGSR/Public Safety Communication Systems; Removes scheduled repeal of exemption from public records requirements for certain documents relating to certain 911, E911, or public safety radio communication systems; removes scheduled repeal of exemption from public meeting requirements for portions of meetings that would reveal such documents; removes scheduled repeal of exemption from public records requirements for recording & transcription of exempt portions of such meetings.
